HERE are details of six road closures which are in place due to works in St Helens this week:
Corporation Street, St Helens
Carriageway patching work will be undergone by St Helens Council on Monday, November 28.
There is a closure between Parr Street and Phoenix Brow today as this takes place.
Helsby Street, Sutton
A public notice says the closure comes into force from today, Monday, November 28, and will have a maximum duration of 18 months, but will terminate on completion of the works
This will be a closure on the full length of the road as works by Taylor Wimpey take place.
Whalley Avenue, Rainford
A link box replacement by Scottish Power will see a closure from Monday, November 28 to Friday, December 2.
This is at the junction with Church Road.

Grimshaw Street, Sutton Leach
Carriageway resurfacing works are being done by St Helens Council.
The closure on the full length of the road will be in place from Monday, November 28 to Friday, December 2.
Ellamsbridge Road, Sutton
Carriageway resurfacing will be done by St Helens Council.
The closure is in place from Monday, November 28 to Wednesday, November 30.
This will be from the railway bridge to Worsley Brow.
Standish Street, St Helens
There will be a closure at the junction with College Street from Tuesday, November 29 to Thursday, December 1.
The closure, which will be in place between Hardshaw Street and College Street, is for carriageway patching by St Helens Council.
