HERE are details of three defendants who have recently appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court in separate cases over breaches of domestic violence protection orders:
- Ian Kevin Moore, of Park Road, appeared on November 3. He was found guilty of a breach of a domestic violence protection order made by the court in October by contacting a female.
Moore, 40, was fined £200.

- Wayne Michael Dollin, of Tickle Avenue, Parr, appeared at the court on November 9.
He admitted to breaching an order after attending an address and contacting a female on November 8.
Dollin, 37, was committed to prison for 28 days. A court sheet said his offence was considered “so serious” because he made contact and went to a place he was “prohibited from going to” and “attended under the influence of alcohol”.

- Gary Andrew Brown, of Allanson Street, Parr, appeared on November 11.
He admitted to breaching an order made on November 2 by contacting a female.
Brown, 33, was fined £150.
