A PRIMARY school has submitted plans to build fencing on its grounds.
St Bartholomew's Catholic Primary School has submitted proposals to the council.
Proposals seek to build a 2.4-metre high paladin fence on the perimeter of the grounds.

The plans have been sent in by the Archdiocese of Liverpool to St Helens Council's planning department.
Standard consultation of the plans to the public lasts until Wednesday, December 7.
A determination deadline has been for January 9, 2023.
