DAMAGE was caused to a flat in Prescot after a firework was set off, police say.
Officers are appealing for information after the incident last week, Wednesday, November 16.
At around 5pm police received a report that a firework had been set off on Atherton Street.
Police said no injuries were suffered during the incident.

A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "We are appealing for information following a report of criminal damage after a firework was set off next to a flat in Prescot.
"At around 5pm on Wednesday, November 16, we received a report that a firework had been set off on Atherton Street.
"Damage was caused to a flat on the street.
"Anyone with any information on this incident is asked to contact us @MerPolCC on Twitter, ‘Merseyside Police Contact Centre’ on Facebook with reference 22000842524."
