TRAFFIC is being held up on the M62 after a crash this morning, Monday, November 21.
There are delays after a collision on the motorway between junctions 10 and 11 eastbound at around 7.40am.
Live traffic tracker Inrix states: “All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to accident on M62 Eastbound from J10 M6 J21A (Croft Interchange) to J11 A574 Birchwood Way (Birchwood).”
National Highways North West confirmed traffic has been stopped to clear the vehicles involved in the collision and that traffic will be released shortly in two lanes.
