NEW plans have been submitted to use a residential property as a children's home.
Proposals have been sent to St Helens Council by Omega Care Group seeking permission for the change of use of 41 Cowley Hill Lane.
There have been similar previous applications submitted to use properties on Cowley Hill Lane.
Previous plans to use the property as a children's home were withdrawn in 2020.

Meanwhile, an application over a nearby property at 38 to 40 Cowley Hill Lane for residential accommodation for children with complex disabilities was withdrawn earlier this year.
The new plans seek permission to create a home for up to four children.
The application is on consultation to the public until Wednesday, November 23, with a determination deadline set for December 28.
