A 24-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with multiple offences after failing to attend court over an alleged criminal damage incident.
David Kalka, of no fixed abode, was charged with failing to attend South Sefton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 7 for criminal damage in relation to an incident at Asda, on Kirkland Street, which occurred on May 11.
Police say he was arrested in McDonalds, Chalon Way, St Helens on Tuesday morning.
He has also been charged with failing to attend court on two other occasions for offences outside of Merseyside.
He was due to appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court yesterday, Tuesday, November 8.
