A CHARITY beer festival is making a return and is promised to be its biggest event yet.
Burtonwood Community Centre annually held the charitable event prior to the pandemic, with its last festival in 2019.
After a three-year hiatus, the community-loved event is making a comeback this month.
Following the announcement of the festival’s return, Andy Carr, centre manager, said: "This is our seventh charity beer festival and we have raised several thousand pounds at our previous festivals.
"Last staged in 2019 due to covid, we look at making this year’s bigger and better.
"We would also like to thank all our sponsors, especially our main sponsor Scott’s Deli of Earlestown."
