A MAN is due to appear in court charged with murder and causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving after a crash in Blackbrook.
Brandon Glover, 24, of Pasture Close, Clock Face, St Helens, has also been charged with GBH and attempted GBH.
The charges relate to an incident at the junction of Park Road and Boardmans Lane in St Helens at around 12.30am on Tuesday, October 4.
Harley Lea, 17, died in the crash which involved a car and two motorbikes.
Glover was remanded into custody and is due to appear at Wirral Magistrates court today, Thursday, October 6.
A 19-year-old man who was arrested has been released with no further action to be taken.
Two other men injured in the incident remain in hospital and inquiries are ongoing.
