A MAN charged with the murder of Jaki Forrest and the attempted murder of two men will appear back in court next week.
Robert Massey, 43, of Piele Road, Haydock, is alleged to have murdered his 49-year-old partner.
He is also accused of attempting to murder two men.

The body of Ms Forrest was found at a house in Piele Road on the morning of last Wednesday, August 31.
A post-mortem examination revealed the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head and manual asphyxiation by strangulation or suffocation.
Massey is accused of murdering Ms Forrest on August 30 and attempting to murder Anthony Paul Murphy and Graham Roberts on August 31.
After making appearances before magistrates and the Crown Court in September, Massey was remanded in custody and was due to issue a plea on Monday, October 3.
However, the plea and trial preparation hearing has been rescheduled for Monday, October 10 at Liverpool Crown Court.
A date for a trial, listed to last between seven and 10 days, was provisionally fixed to begin on Monday, February 6, 2023, during his last hearing.
