SAINTS will be presented with the League Leaders Shield after today’s final round of the Super League season against relegated Toulouse Olympique (3pm).
It is a game that won’t affect anything league table wise – but after back-to-back losses Saints will want to get ticking over ahead of the play-off semi final in a fortnight’s time.
Aside from that, all Saints will be looking at is emerging unscathed with no further injuries or suspensions after an annus horribilis on that front.
Kristian Woolf has welcomes back the eight first team players who missed the Wakefield game on Monday.
Curtis Sironen and Morgan Knowles return from suspension.
Whether they all play is a different matter.
A number of the young guns who stepped in against Wakefield retain their place in the squad – namely Dan Moss, George Delaney, Keane Gilford and Ben Lane.
