A BALLOON, gifts, and sweets shop in Newton-le-Willows has received a transformation since finding new owners.
Jasmine’s on Newton High Street was taken over by the Agger family in February and has since undergone a makeover and an update to its products.
The family-run business changed its former name Humbugs to Jasmine’s after their daughter.
The shop has also recently introduced their own brand of fudge, with further products and goodies to be launched.
Speaking about how the business is going, Brian said: "It’s been a lot of hard work over the last few months to develop the business and we’ve made a lot of changes, added a lot more sweets and gifts, and still lots more of that to come.
"The High Street Hive have been amazing in helping us develop the business and Newton-le-Willows High Street seems to be going from strength to strength and it’s great to be a part of that."
Carla added: "We’re absolutely over the moon with how it’s going."
The shop is also in the process of having its own website with hopes of being online in the coming months.
