PLANS for serviced accommodation have been submitted.
An application proposing the change of use from an existing two-bedroom terrace residential property into serviced accommodation ‘for short-long term lease’ has been put forward.
It relates to a site in Newton-le-Willows, on Rydal Street.
The application is currently listed as ‘awaiting decision’.
An existing plans and elevations document and a location plan have been submitted alongside the application.
