POLICE have charged a man after a cannabis farm spread across five rooms of a property was found.

Officers executed a warrant at an address on Park Road South, Newton-le-Willows, at around 10.45pm on Monday, August 15.
A cannabis farm consisting of 175 plants across five growing rooms was recovered.

A 35-year-old man was arrested and taken into custody for questioning.
Adrian Voci, 35, of Park Road South, Newton-le-Willows has since been charged with cannabis production and abstracting electricity.
He was remanded into custody and appeared at Wirral Adult Remand Court this morning, Wednesday, August 17.
