A MUM who went viral for her Beyoncé cover is set to perform at a community event.
Kerrie Ann Lomas became an overnight sensation with her pitch-perfect rendition of Beyoncé's 'Listen' back in 2017 and received nearly a million views.
Her online fame was followed by a series of gigs across the borough until Kerrie announced the ending of her professional singing last December.
Despite her decision to no longer carry out gigs, the 32-year-old performed at charitable events, with Earlestown’s upcoming Family Fun Day set to see Kerrie return to the mic.
She said: "I’m just helping my hometown out as I'm really proud of where I'm from.
"We have a fantastic community spirit around here and if my voice can help bring people into our town, then I'm honoured and more than happy to help."
The mum-of-two took a step back from singing professionally to focus on her pharmacy job and her daughters, Kiana, eight, and six-year-old Kendal.
Despite being content with her decision, singing will always play a key part in Kerrie’s life.
She added: "Singing is who I am. I’ve been brought up with music, so of course, I miss it.
"I miss the atmosphere of it all, but on the other hand spending time with the kids when they’re young is something I’m never going to get back.
"When the video went everywhere, I had people contacting me that felt that they could relate to me because I'm just an ordinary person; I’m from a working class background and I had my daughter on my knee, I had no make up on and it just showed that ordinary people can have talent too.
"Everyone’s got their own journey and they can do what they want to."

Kerrie expressed her gratitude to community members and charities such as Business For Youth who helped her family and others during a difficult period of financial pressure.
She also shared her appreciation towards the organisers of the event.
She said: "The people who’ve organised it have done amazing. I’m so proud of the town and how they have come together.
"My dad’s originally from Earlestown and I remember coming here when I was younger and Earlestown market used to be like a full family day out and that kind of dwindled off.
"I’ve heard people from out of town say Earlestown’s a ghost town and there’s not much to offer when there really is, there’s so much to offer, there’s just not been the funding.
"So, it’s nice that we can show what the town has to offer because the community spirit is great."
Kerrie is set to perform in Earlestown town centre at 4.30pm on Saturday.
