FITNESS is a way of life for many people with so many sports, activities and classes available to keep our energy levels up and our minds and bodies healthy.
With Zumba classes, HIIT sessions and kick boxing as well as yoga, pilates and spin on offer, fitness fanatics are spoilt for choice.
But which of St Helens’ top gyms provides the best service?
Where do you go for a workout?
Since we launched our Best of 2022 competition in April, we’ve found the best places that St Helens has to offer in 15 different categories.
We’ve celebrated St Helens’ best hair, nails and beauty providers as well as the best pub and beer garden, fitness instructor, independent shop and place for children with awards for pies, fish and chips, breakfast, afternoon tea, pizza, roast dinner and burger also being handed out.
Next up we wanted to find St Helens’ best gym.
After reading all your nominations, we’ve shortlisted the top eight, who will battle it out to be named Best Gym 2022.
Now we need your help to choose an overall winner from our shortlist.
Don’t forget to pick up a copy of this week’s St Helens Star as the coupons inside count for five votes!
