A THIRTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD man who breached a curfew which was part of his suspended sentence order has been fined.
Michael Young, of Beaufort Street, Peasley Cross, was given the suspended sentence at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on March 7.
Young breached the order by failing to be at a specified place under his curfew on various dates and times from April 18 to April 21.
Appearing back at the court, where he admitted the breach, Young was fined £80 and made to pay £60 in costs, making a total of £140.
