A MAN charged with rape and multiple sexual offences will appear before a Crown Court judge next month.
Jack Williams, of Wokefield Way, Eccleston has been charged with rape; two counts of assault by penetration; two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm; sexual assault by touching, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour and criminal damage.
This was following a report received by police on Friday, August 5.

The 23-year-old made a first court appearance on Monday, August 8, at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.
During the hearing he was remanded back into custody and will next appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday, September 5.
