THE satisfaction ratings for some patients who are with GP surgeries across the St Helens borough have been revealed, according to survey data.
The results of the GP Patient Survey 2022 were published this week after questionnaires were sent out to patients at 33 surgeries locally.
More than 3,600 people returned the survey, which offers a snapshot of patients' feelings across the borough.

The GP Patient Survey measures patients’ experiences across a range of topics, including the ease of making an appointment, access to online services and satisfaction with the care received.
As part of the survey, patients who reply are asked to rate the overall experience at their practice from the past year and the percentages of patients who rate it as good are given in the results.
Across St Helens, Kenneth MacRae Medical Centre in Rainford received the highest number of patients who rated it as good, with 97 per cent.
At the other end of the spectrum, at Billinge Medical Practice the amount of patients to record an overall experience rating of good was 33 per cent.
