A CAR was left damaged after being hit while on a town centre car park.
A grey Ford Focus sustained damage on the driver's side on the outside of both the front and rear door while parked at the Hardshaw Centre car park on Monday, April 18.
The incident was reported to police by the car owner the following day.
Officers are appealing for information after the 'fail to stop' incident.

A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "We were contacted at 2.20pm yesterday (April 19) following reports that a Ford Focus car had been damaged while parked at the Hardshaw Centre in St Helens between 9.30am and 4pm the previous day.
"The car had damage to the driver’s side front and rear doors.
"Anyone with information can DM @MerPolCC or call 101 quoting reference 22000267758."
