POLICE arrested a man after they found a cannabis farm at an address in Whiston.
After receiving information from the community, officers attended an address in Hughes Avenue on Wednesday, Janaury 26.
They discovered a cannabis farm at the address and that the electricity had also been breached and was in an unsafe condition.
The occupant, a man, was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation and abstracting electricity.

In a statement after the discovery, officers from Knowsley Police said: "We encourage the public to keep talking to us, and we are committed to taking action.
"If you have any information about drug dealing or any other issues in your community, please tell us."
