A MAN in his 60s was taken to hospital after a motorbike crashed with a car.
Emergency services were called to Ash Grove, Prescot on Wednesday afternoon at around 3.45pm and police blocked off the street while they were in attendance.
Police say a motorbike and a Kia car were involved in the collision.
The motorbike rider was injured, they added.

A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "We were called at 3.45pm to reports of a road traffic collision between a motorbike and a Kia car on Ash Grove."
She added it is believed the bike was also in collision with a van during the incident.
The rider of the bike suffered injuries and was taken to hospital.
A North West Ambulance spokesman added: "We responded to an RTC (road traffic collision) reportedly involving a motorbike, following a 999 call at 3.41pm.
"A man in his 60s has been taken to hospital."
The spokesman added it is not believed the man was seriously injured in the collision.
