SATURDAY'S Challenge Cup final between Saints and Castleford at Wembley stadium is set to be played amid sweltering heat.
Met Office forecasts suggests the temperature for the area could reach 27C at kick off.
It means players and suppoprters will have to be prepared for high temperatures inside the stadium.
Saints experienced similar conditions at Wembley when they were defeated by Warrington in 2019.
The stadium has a capacity limited at 45,000 on Saturday due to the pandemic.
