PARENTS are being warned after car was seen operating suspiciously nearby schools this week.
A black Mercedes A Class has been observed parked by Rivington Wines, on Rivington Road "presenting concerning behaviours – watching children but not using the shop", according to a message sent home by headteachers on advice of the local authority.
The warning adds that the "same car has also been observed by a parent circling De La Salle School" in Eccleston.

The message received by parents in Eccleston reads: "We would ask that you remain vigilant and alert the police on 101 if you see the car and/or any suspicious behaviours.
"We can assure you that the police have been informed and are aware of this situation."
