MERSEYSIDE Police stopped a car which they allege was swerving between lanes on the M6 at 90mph.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit say the vehicle spotted on the M6 by swerving between all three lanes at 90mph.
Police conducted a breath test after stopping the vehicle.
The car was seized by officers due to its dangerous condition and the driver was arrested.
