A man has pleaded not guilty to assault
A MAN has pleaded not guilty in court to an alleged assault.
Carl Ian Davies, of Landsbury Avenue, Parr appeared at Merseyside Magistrates' Court on July 31.
Davies, 36, pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault by beating of a man in Fingerpost.
Davies is accused of committing the alleged assault on November 13, 2019.

The 36-year-old was granted unconditional bail until his next schedules court hearing.
Davies will next appear before Sefton Magistrates' Court on October 20.
