AFTER spending 18 weeks on the sidelines following surgery, Saints centre Mark Percival is relishing a return to action when Super League restarts on Sunday.
Percival has been out of action since injuring his shoulder in the Warrington defeat in week two.
But the enforced break has allowed the England three-quarter to recuperate from the operation and now he’s feeling good and ready for the game against Catalans at Headingley.
He said: “COVID-19 happening has not been the best circumstances in the world, but I took it as a chance to rehab my shoulder and get back.
“It is good to get out there and test it out in training.
“Hopefully I am not going to miss another game now.”
Not one to shirk a physical challenge Percival is relishing the Catalans encounter.
“Catalans were going really well before the break,” he said.
“They are a tough physical side and I always enjoy playing them. I am also looking forward to getting out there with these lads.”
