A PUB building has been placed on the market.
The Bird I'th Hand on Prescot Road has been listed on property website Zoopla, with a selling price of £375,000.
Brewery Greene King confirmed the pub has been put on the market.

However, the pub remains open and there are no plans for it to shut down.
A spokesperson for Greene King said: “We are committed to running high quality community pubs and to continue investing in our estate, from time to time we have to make the difficult decision to sell a pub.
"After reviewing the Bird I’th Hand’s long-term viability, we have decided to put the pub on the market.”
