TRAINS were delayed and cancelled this morning between Earlestown and Manchester following an emergency services incident.
A number of train services were suspended and delayed due to a police incident between Patricroft and Manchester city centre stations.

Northern routes have been affected.
No further details have been given about the incident.
Northern said "emergency services are dealing with an incident near the railway".
