POLICE made an arrest after a suspect ran off as officers stopped a suspected stolen motorbike.
Officers stopped a motorbike on Alder Street, Newton-le-Willows on Thursday (December 5).

They spoke to the rider after the registration allegedly didn't match the bike, which was found to be stolen.
The suspect allegedly ran off leaving the bike.
Officers say the suspect was later found and arrested.
