Plans have been submitted for the building
PLANS have been submitted to develop the former Havana bar building.
Proposals have been submitted to St Helens Council for the building at 8 to 12 Ormskirk Street, St Helens.
The application, submitted by Clifford White seeks the conversion of the building.
Plans seeks to turn the "existing mixed use building" into ground floor use for unspecified "professional services", with "nine self-contained residential flats above".
The plans were submitted to St Helens Council on June 28 and validated on July 24.
A deadline for determination on the plans is set for September 18.
