Police are investigating
A MAN in his 20s was assaulted by a group of youths at a park on Monday evening (May 13).
Police are appealing for information following reports of the assault which took place at Victoria Park.

It is believed that at around 6.30pm, a man in his 20s was assaulted by a group of youths in Victoria Park, which resulted in him sustaining a minor facial injury.
The assault happened at Victoria Park
A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "Enquiries are at an early stage and officers are examining CCTV from the area and speaking with witnesses to establish the full circumstances."
