THE body of a man was found at the side of a pond in a nature reserve yesterday morning, Wednesday.
Police, paramedics and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called to Siding Lane Nature reserve in Rainford at around 10.50am where the man was found dead at the scene.
His death is being treated as "unexplained" but not suspicious.
Police are in the process of identifying the man.
