A LARGE fire broke out at an industrial estate this morning, Sunday.
Six fire engines were called to St Helens Recycling at Reginald Road Industrial Estate on Abbotsfield Road in Sutton at around 10.45am.
Smoke could be seen billowing into the sky from miles away.

A main jet, two ground monitors and an aerial applicance were in use to tackle the incident.
A command support unit was also set up at the scene.
At 6pm, a spokesman for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service confirmed "three fire appliances and an aerial appliance" remain at the site to dampen down the area.
Residents and businesses nearby were earlier advised to close windows and doors as a precaution while the fire was ongoing.
Road closures were set up as firefighters battled the flames.
