Free admission for under 18s at most racecourse fixtures is one of British horse racing’s big selling points. At Haydock Park, accompanied children always get in free during non-music night meetings.
Next Thursday, August 8, the racecourse will host an ‘Under The Sea’ family fun day, with Sea World inflatable fun, a polar bear educational show, sea horse pony rides, a surf simulator and many other attractions.
It’s a brilliant way to entertain the children during the school holidays.
Adult tickets cost from just £11.70 in advance.
The new ‘Kids Love The Races’ national roadshow is also with us. The interactive features include giving youngsters the chance to find out more about the equine and human stars of the sport, design their own racing silks, discover more about the lives of racehorses and learn about the goings on at the racecourse.
