JOHNSON In loving memory of our dear son, Corporal Willie Arthur Johnson, Regt. No. 242094 of the 1/5th South Lanc's. Regt. 55th Division, who was killed in action on the 8th day of November, 1918, in the Battle of Tournai. Buried at Chercq in Belgium. Tis hard to part with those we love, But God who knows things best, Held out his loving arms and said, "Come unto Me and rest", We think of him in silence, No eyes may see us weep, But still within our aching hearts, His memory we still keep, From his mother and father, also George and Herbert. 125, College Street, St. Helens.
