WHITFIELD John Albert Sadly on 12th March, 2024 in Whiston Hospital and with his loving family around him John aged 83 years, beloved husband of Mavis, devoted dad of Andrew and Karen, much loved father-in- law of Lesley and Barry, dearly loved grandad tractor of Daniel and Helen, Nathan and Sadie, Kurt and Charley, Lucy and Hem, Joseph and great-grandad tractor of Rhys, Nieve and Holly. John was very much loved and will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. A funeral service will be held in St Nicholas Church, Sutton at 2pm on Tuesday 26th March followed by cremation in St Helens. Family flowers only by request and donations if so desired for Cancer Research UK c/o the funeral director.
