TWIST Samuel Sadly on 6th October, 2023 Sam, aged 94 years, beloved husband of the late Irene, devoted dad of Alan & Colin, much loved father-in-law of Maureen & Carole, dearly loved grandad of Kevin, Phillip, Matthew, Alexander and their families. Sam was very much loved and will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. A funeral service will take place in St Helens Crematorium, 3pm on Friday 20th October, 2023. Family flowers only by request and donations to Alzheimer's Society or Dementia Research UK may be sent c/o the funeral director.
