SIMPSON Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Eccleston) Elizabeth aged 71 years, died peacefully at Whiston Hospital, on Sunday, 18th December 2022, with her family by her side, holding her hand. Elizabeth was a beloved daughter of William and Olive Eccleston; adored sister of Pat, John, Margaret, Marie, Billy, Bernie, Peter and Stephen; a loving auntie to many nieces, nephews and God children; a wonderful mother and mother-in-law to Gavin & Wayne and a dutiful, loving and loyal wife to Robert (42 years married). Elizabeth's Requiem Mass will take place at St. Mary Immaculate Church, Blackbrook (Friday, 13th January at11:00am). This will be followed by a committal and burial at St. Helens Cemetery at 12:30pm. Flowers are for close family members only. Donations for Elizabeth's day centre (First Choice Day Opportunity, Parr Mount) will be gratefully received. Rest in peace and God bless you Elizabeth.
