CHESWORTH Patricia Peacefully passed away aged 89 years. Loving wife to the late Peter, much loved mum to Duncan, Alison and Mel, mother-in-law to Sue, Brian and Mick. Adored nanna to Lyndsey, Hannah, Daniel, Luke, Rachel, Josh and her 8 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will take place on 16th December 10am, GreenAcres, Ceremonial Park.
