FORREST Jacqueline Sadly passed away at home on the 31st August, aged 49 years. Beloved daughter of Graham and Evelyn. Loving sister of Stephen and Andrew. Jaki will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. A funeral service will take place for Jaki on Tuesday 11th October at St Helens Crematorium 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations if so desired will be gratefully received c/o the Family or Funeral Director and sent to a charity chosen by the family, in accordance with their wishes. Worked with this lady for 18 yrs, and what good memories i have xx
1 is when she joined up on the picket lines (she was funny)x
Always full of fun
Always up for a laugh
Always lit up the place where ever she was working with her beautiful smile and her laughter that you could hear everywhere she was.
