SMITH Patricia Suddenly passed away on 31st March 2022 aged 86 years. Patricia will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. A Funeral service will be held at St Helens Crematorium at 10:30am on Wednesday 27th April 2022. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation or Cancer Research UK may be sent c/o the funeral directors.
