Terry Derbyshire The family of the late Terry Derbyshire would like to thank all family and friends who attended Terry's funeral, for all the many flowers, cards and donations he received. Special thanks to Dr. Emmett and all the staff at Bethany Medical Centre for all the care during his illness. Extra special thanks to all the staff at Adamstan House for all their loving care during his illness.
