DAVE HALE Dave's Wife Linda and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind words of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations to Cancer Research UK; very sincere thanks to our John, David, Ruth and Tony for their strong support and comfort at this unbelievably sad time for us all. Thank you to our Jen for the very warm and heartfelt reading. Thanks to the lads from the AJS and Matchless owners club for turning up on their motorbikes Dave would have been proud. Special thanks to Rev Scott Davies from St David's church, Carr Mill, Drs Fillette and Sword, District Nurses for their care, thank you also to Co-operative Funeralcare for dignified arrangements, and our gratitude to everyone who attended the Service for Dave. May God Bless You All.
