RUNNERS will start finding out from today whether they have won a place in the ballot for this year's Virgin Money London Marathon.

The ballot opened and closed last October for the hugely popular race which takes place in the capital on Sunday, 3 October 2021.

If you’ve entered the ballot, organisers you will receive your ballot result via email during the week commencing 8 February. 

Let us know if you have won a place, especially if it is your first time and what preparations and training you will now undertake over the next seven months to get ready for the big day.

Please send your details, including the area you are from, and the name of your running/athletics club if applicable.
