Eric is first over for Striders at Blackpool 10k
THE Blackpool illuminations 10k run on Saturday evening saw Eric Ranson first cross the line in 41:19; followed by Kylie Maguire 45:52, Sue Heaps 53:17, Clair Lindsay 55:09, Rebeca McKenna 55:11, Jo Keogh 56:44, Amanda Coogan 1:04:32
St Helens was host to its very own trail race around the Dream.
Jade Booth was third lady overall in the 5k followed by Nicola Howarth and Debs Hill.
First Strider across the line for the 10k was Kev Brennan in 41:59, followed by Jono Kirkman, Mark Riley, Eric Ranson, Paul Booth, Alex Abbott, Adam Pointon, Les Abbott, Paul Hargate, Sharon O'Connell and Rob Budden.
Rachael Fairclough completed the mid Cheshire 5k in a PB time of 18:54.
