THE body of a 34-year-old man was found in an industrial estate building earlier this week.
Officers were called to the Eastside Industrial Estate on Jackson Street, St Helens at around 12.40pm on Bank Holiday Monday (May 29).
The body of was found in a building and the man was pronounced dead at the location.
The man has been named as Barry Rennie, of Pocket Nook Street, Fingerpost. An inquest has been opened into the death with a hearing to take place at a later date.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious and his next of kin have been informed.
"A file has been prepared for the coroner."
